Rehab Office Coordinator

Rehab Office Coordinators assist Program Managers and Rehab Managers in the administrative/clerical management of the rehabilitation department.

Program Manager

Program Managers are responsible for the clinical and operational management of rehabilitation services in their assigned building(s). Parallel opportunities exist for non-clinical staff to become Rehabilitation Managers.

Area Director

Area Directors are responsible for the efficient and profitable management of Genesis Rehabilitation Services operations within an assigned geographic territory while promoting best practice and customer satisfaction.

Senior Area Director

Senior Area Directors have the additional responsibility of providing direct supervision of Area Directors in addition to assigned activities that support overall territory clinical operations.

Vice President, Operations

Vice Presidents, Operations, are responsible for the overall successful leadership of one of the four Genesis Rehabilitation Services territories. They are responsible for ensuring clinical, financial, customer, and staff excellence in their assigned states.
